This fatty acids can be obtained from any vegetarian or non-vegetarian source. Fruits like okhar, dried fruits, almonds, cardamom, sunflower, soybean, sprouted nuts, banda, green beans, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, strawberries are rich in this.

A healthy person should consume omega 3 fatty acids according to their body weight. Such foods should be eaten in consultation with a nutritionist or doctor. Because too much fat leads to obesity. It is beneficial to make the seeds of different fruits like powder and eat it on an empty stomach in the morning with half a teaspoon of water. It is even more beneficial to cook rich fruits and vegetables in oil.

A healthy person should eat 4 grams of fatty acids in a day mixed with some food. Child health organizations recommend a daily intake of 2 grams of omega-3 foods for babies, pregnant and lactating women. Sick people should follow the doctor’s advice before taking it.

What are the problems in  absence of Omega 3 in body?

Digestive system disorders, despite adequate intake, sometimes increase the risk of  fatty acid deficiency due to a lack of metabolism or absorption. Lack of it can lead to diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, intestinal diseases, Alzheimer’s. Research has shown that a lack of  this in the diet increases the risk of breast and prostate cancer.
